Let’s end the week with everyone’s favorite … rope climbs!  If you are not modifying the rope climb, be sure to wear long pants and/or long socks.  Don’t forget to attend the 11:30 weightlifting class this Saturday.  And just a reminder … Sunday is Barbells For Boobs fundraiser.  The 9 am class is cancelled.  Wear your pink and be there at 10 am for a great time training for a great cause.
