Please be sure to get to class on time tomorrow for the Open workout. It’s a long one and those that need to be judged, must be ready. You do not have to be registered for the Open to come workout. Come and do it!! 

The weightlifting class will be cancelled tomorrow due to the fact that the workout is 20 minutes and will probably bring us passed 10. There will still be open gym at 10. Good luck to those competing. If you can’t get it done tomorrow, then come Sunday to be judged.

No strength today, but stay for extra credit!
