Hey people! Great work under difficult circumstances. I know these workouts are boring and repetitive but if you do them, you will be maintaining your fitness as best as possible during this time.
Also, I’ve been getting a lot of requests for equipment. I love the spirit but I just don’t have anywhere near the amount of barbells and DBs needed to satisfy everyone. So I’m doing jump ropes and abmats. If you need either of those, send me a text and we can meet up.
