I hope you all had a great weekend! Let’s start the week with a benchmark workout. Push ups are not hand release, but I still want to see you go all the way down to the floor with chest and thighs hitting the floor and full lockout at the top. Air squats should be below parallel and open up hips at the top as well as chin over the bar for pull ups. Full ROM !!
