Don’t forget that the weightlifting class will be back in full swing in a few weeks.  I cancelled it due to the fact that everyone was getting in to train then getting off to enjoy the beautiful weather. Unfortunately Summer is coming to an end, and before you know it you will all be back to your regular schedule. The kids will be back to school for some of you or maybe you’ll be back at school yourself. With that said, the weightlifting class will resume. I’ll keep you posted.

CROSSFIT TEAM WOD:

Teams of 2 perform the following alternating

6 rds:

A 200 meter run

B 30 air squats

A 25 wall balls 20#/10′ 14#/9′

B 20 pull ups

A 15 power snatch 115#/75#

LEVEL 1 will be scaled accordingly

Rounds 1,3,5 are done this way. Rounds 2,4,6 partner B becomes A and vice versa
