We are doing Murph this Saturday at 8 and 9. I hope you all registered as well. The cost is $40 to register. Your money goes to the Michael Murphy foundation, and you also get a cool t shirt or tank. Everyone will be able to do this workout. I will have modified workouts posted as well as a team Murph for teams of however many want to split up the reps. Don’t hesitate to come in and tackle this workout. The gym will be closed on Sunday and Monday.
