This wraps up our 7 week program of widow makers. We will be hitting a 1 Rm back squat. Feel free to make up your 1 Rm on another day that may work best for you or if you can’t make it in today.  As far as hitting a new PR on your back squat after this widow maker program, 5 – 10 #’s is what we are aiming for.  Good luck!!
