The CrossFit 2017 Open starts February 23rd. If you have not registered yet, do so HERE. There is also a scaled division as well. Workouts are announced every Thursday night. We’ll be doing the workouts on Saturdays. Scores have to be posted by Monday 5 pm. Let’s do our best to all get in and get it done on Saturday instead of waiting until the last minute like some of you did last year and the year before.

We have another CrossFit baby!! Diana and Jason welcomed a new baby boy, Shane, into the world.He was 7lb, 12 oz, 21 in long. Congratulations!!
