We have the classic Olympic lift, the squat clean and jerk for strength. Let’s focus on finishing our triple extension during the clean, and getting low in our split. If you are uncomfortable with the split movement, stay light and work on technique
Also, we have more registrants for the Open. Good stuff! During the 5 weeks of the Open we will have regular classes on Friday. Saturday will be extended hours and will be more of an Open gym format as we run heats of that week’s Open workout. Sundays will be normal hours and Monday will have two wods posted. One will be a normal Monday workout and one will be a redo of Saturday’s Open wod for those who missed it or are looking to improve.
