We are coming together once again to do Murph this Saturday during the 8 and 9 am class. I have a sign up sheet on the whiteboard so I have an idea as to how many people will be attending either class. One year we ran out of pull up bar stations, so I want to be sure we have an even amount in each class. There will be modified workouts as well as Murph, so everyone will be able to do this!! Don’t forget to register HERE. If you are bringing anyone for a drop in, let me know in advance. The gym will be closed Sunday and Monday.
