Ideally, I’m programming a rest day for Friday. The weather is supposed to be terrible and a lot of you have been hitting it hard. If you want, do some active recovery. If you have any indoor cardio equipment, hit that at a conversational pace, no push for 30 minutes. However, if you must (and I completely understand) go for it with the equipment you have and post what you did!

However, the assignment is to find something heavy with a handle you can lift. This can be a loaded backpack, a water jug, a KB, a DB, whatever you have. We’ll be using these tomorrow.
