I hope you all had a great weekend!! If you were watching the CrossFit Games all weekend, I hope it inspired you! We have two new champions, Matt Fraser and Tia- Claire Toomey. There were 12 events over a three day span, which is pretty incredible what these athletes put their bodies through. You can go the the main site www.crossfit.com and go to the games link to find an archive of videos of the workouts. Be sure to check it out.

For the remainder of the Summer the Weightlifting class will be cancelled, but open gym will still be held at this time. Flex teams should use this time to come in and practice workouts.
