I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far. Let’s try to get in the running workouts while weather permits. Thanks to everyone that came in and did “Griff” on Saturday. Running backwards is a lot harder than forward. ¬†Props to Craig who couldn’t make it in, but did it at his local track.

If you still haven’t attended the weightlifting class on Saturdays at 10 with Mike, you don’t know what you’re missing! Make it a priority to get in here and attend his class.
